"I ordered a hard drive enclosure that etech4sale listed on their web site as being in stock. A few days later they said it would be in stock soon. The next week I received a package with the wrong hard drive enclosure. I returned it immediately at my own cost for a refund. I called them and asked for a date when the correct enclosure would be in stock. The fellow, Dara, said they'd have it by week's end. I ordered it again. It never arrived. I asked for a refund and got it but they didn't refund the sales tax nor the shipping even though it was their mistake. In the end I had to call American Express to force them for a refund. Etech4sale never refunded the shipping and insurance I had to pay to return the wrong enclosure. I would never deal with this merchant again."

When the order did not arrive in the promised time, we called the company. They informed us the item was out of stock. This company failed in every way possible."
"After reading a couple of the previous users experiences, I was a bit skeptical about ordering from eTech4Sale. Luckily, they were located in the same city as me, so I figured I could pick up my item.
I called to verify that they offered Will Call and that I could pick up the item I was ordering BEFORE I ordered. I saw the option for Will Call for $5.00, FedEx ground was $4.55. I can't believe a company charges for will call, I also can't believe that it is MORE than an alternative shipping item. I called again AFTER I ordered verifying that I could pick up the item.
Drove 15 minutes to their location, the receptionist at the desk took my invoice and asked me to have a seat. 15 minutes later someone comes in, I later find out her name is Isabella, and says that they are out of stock of the item, but they are expecting a shipment in tomorrow. I get her to waive the Will Call fee (which shouldn't even exist) and Isabella tells me she will call my home phone when the motherboard is delivered.
She called Tuesday morning and left a message on the answering machine that the motherboard wouldn't be inventoried until after they close on Tuesday, but I could pick it up Wednesday.
She called again Wednesday around 11 or 12 and said the motherboard was in and I could pick it up around 2.
So everything worked out well in the end. Their online inventory is obviously not very well updated even though it says it is. They certainly aren't anything like SVC where you can walk in and pick up your item same-day (not to mention for free)."

Last week they emailed notifying me that my product will be shipped on the day of their reply.
A week later and I have not received word about where the HELL my product is or when it will be coming.

"I bought 2 Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 webcams marked OEM that were at a cost comparable to a new item's cost. I got 1 that was an obviously used, dinged webcam that is broken - no picure. The other one works. Neither of them came with the privacy cover that is standard. The software was the wrong drivers. Just a terrible experience. Return policy is horrible - beware!"
"I ordered on 11/28/2005. Their web site says they had 56 in stock. Days later I get an email. They have none in stock. I call. They will ship out a used one today I am told. I tell them I do not want a used one. I received a used Logitech mouse different from the one I ordered on 12/8/2005, and dead on arrival to boot. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Funny thing, I cancelled the order on the forth day and they failed to acknowledge it. Another funny thing, I received an email stating the order was cancelled and about an hour later, received an email stating the product shipped.
