"Excellent experience thusfar. Order placed in the morning and recieved confirmation of the order immediately. Also recieved confirmation with tracking number for shipment the same day."
"Very fast shipping, great communication. Great prices. Looking forward to have bisiness in the future!"
"This is the 5th order I've placed with etronics.com. All orders have been shipped on time with exactly what I ordered. I have yet to be disappointed with etronics.com.

"Fast and accurate order fullfillment! I have used Etronics in the past and will contiue to do so as long as their competitive pricing and fast service contiues."
"I Purchased the Sony Dual 10inch Subwoofer SAWX700 from Etronics, took it out of the box, plugged in the power, plugged in the included rca to rca wire to the back of the sub, all settings set at 1/3, and touched my fingers to the other end of the rca wire. Expecting a smal thump and then nice hum, I got metal coils scraping against metal magnets. Blown, both 10inch Speakers, Both of them. 2 Speakers in 1 box with a built in 250watt AMP, and I can't use them for my nights 1st invite company over to listen to the "Home Theatre" and watch a dvd.
Contact Etronics.com, they show me the fine print, warrentee is automatically filled thru manufacture only, anything shipped over 27lbs Etronics sells "AS IS", please contact them. I call Sony, they say go to website, fill out RMA (Event ID is what Sony calls returning an item.) and the website has me print out 2 pages, twice. Printed paper says Service charge 0.00$. Take to this "The UPS Store" where we have a special deal worked out with and mail the 50lbs subwoofer back to us in california. From Florida they want this. I do, after UPS Store gets all the paperwork done, the lady says 65$ to ship it, Sony gets you a discount on shipping package supplies, not shipping. Post Office wants $85.00 to send this oversize box, and the local Sony dealing wont work on anything that is newer than 90days old. I would Never BUY from Etronics.com again.

"At first I read some bad reviews about people not getting their orders and being charged for it etc., but I didn't see many reviews about the company as a whole being bad so I decided to go ahead and take a chance. I bought the Nikon 7900 through the customer service number (I'll put it here later once I come back in about a month or two to update this) that I found on some review of the website, and so far everything is perfect. The camera is as advertised. It takes great pictures. So far I love it. I bought a 1gb sd card for it from newegg.com and it takes fast clear pictures. I was told by the Cusomer Representative that the Phillips warranty is better than the Mack warranty advertised on the site (we'll see about that if something goes wrong with the camera). She told me it will ship separately from the camera, but its been 1.5 weeks and no sign of the warranty yet (the actual paperwork). I will update this later when I have had a chance to use the camera for a while. Oh, and the camera shipped about 2 hours after I had called them and took about 4 business days to arrive by DHL.
==================
Update: The camera is in perfect condition and still working strong and perfect. Everyone just says WOW when they see the pictures this thing takes. Anyways, I'm satisfied with etronics so far. Only problem is that I have not received the paper work for the warranty. I'll update this again when I call them about it."
"Wonderful service! Ordered yesterday, received today. It works. I'm really pleased."
"This is the third or fourth order I've placed with etronics.com and EVERY ONE has received prompt service and shipping. The merchandise has all been of high quality and well packaged for transport. etronics.com pricing is very competitive and provide good value. I plan to continue shopping with them in the future."
"This was a smooth transaction with no glitches. I received my order in a timely manner. "
"Shipped fast! Had what I needed when I needed it. It shipped out the same day!!! That is incredible!!!"
"Second purchase from Etronics in six months totaling over $2500.00. Excellent prices and very prompt shipping on both occassions. One confirmation phone call on $2200 new customer DLP TV purchase is customary and acceptable considering the spend. Would definately use etronics again....prices are very competitive across all consumer electronic segments. "
"Excellent service, quick response and shipping - this is the second time I have orded from them and will use their services again."
"I've enjoyed shopping at etronics.com; I've purchased digital video equipment as well as digital audio recording equipment. The selection is great, the prices are even better, and my purchases have shown up on time, as advertised. I will be coming back!"
"Background: Looking to get a Nikon Coolpix S1, I could buy it locally from Best Buy for 379.95 (plus tax), from Amazon for 379.95 (free shipping) or B&H for 359.95 (plus shipping). Provantage also had it for 339.75 (plus shipping), but showed a ten-day backorder. And a froogle search showed it for as low as 289.00 at the usual Brooklyn location suspects.
Uncertain, I called Nikon pro support to ask if, as long as I got a Nikon USA warranty, it was neither here nor there whether or not the seller was actually a Nikon authorized dealer per se. They said basically the Nikon USA warranty is what counts. And they recommended I check up on the discounters at www.resellerratings.com, a site I was 'til then unfamiliar with.
Now my initial response was to dismiss www.etronics.com out of hand, even though their price (314.00) and shipping (15.00) were attractive, simply because their site showed no phone number. However, I reconsidered after seeing an acceptable rating for them here on this site. Since Etronics has a NYC retail store, it wasn't too hard to look up the number ***-***-****), so I called (no hold time) and talked to a pleasant person named David, who confirmed that, yes, the Coolpix S1 was in stock and did indeed carry a Nikon USA warranty. David also told me that if I placed an online order by 3 pm EDT, it would likely ship same day by DHL ground, but he couldn't promise that, because sometimes the DHL guy came early.
So at approx 2:30 pm EDT I created an online account and ordered the Coolpix S1, adding an extra Nikon lithium-ion battery, making for an order total of 353.99 including shipping. The Etronics order interface is very straight forward, but be advised that when you get to the "order review" page where you expect to confirm and place the order, the page refreshes itself and -- shazam! -- "the order has been successfully submitted." Excuse me? Since I did intend to place the order, this was of no consequence to me, but beware of this (others have noted a similar experience in their comments).
Once you have created an online account, the Etronics toll-free numbers for sales ***-***-****) and customer service ***-***-****) are revealed, plus an additional number ***-***-****).
The response by Etronics to an e-mail query I sent was speedy (about an hour) and answered my question. But I also got a couple of bizarre short e-mails suggesting I check their knowledge base about Canadian orders (I'm in Washington DC).
Now Etronics has a nice online order tracking procedure, which informed me within one hour my order had been packed and two hours later it had been picked up by DHL. E-mail notification of shipping, for some reason, did not go out until another four more hours. Although Etronics cautioned that the DHL tracking number would not be retrievable until after midnight, I was able to track it starting at 10 pm. For some reason, DHL showed it had picked up the package at 10:22 am, about four hours before I placed the order -- maybe they're psychic?
Around 1 am, having nothing better to do, I tested the Etronics telephone order tracking system, which informed me the order was still being processed and would ship soon. Hmmm.
End of story: The package was delivered to me next day in Washington DC at 10:18 am, everything in the box completely as expected, no surprises whatsoever. My experience was one of getting an excellent price and fast delivery, with no hassles or other aggravation. Of course, that's just my personal experience with a first order, your mileage may vary."
"Very happy to finally find an honest Brooklyn electronics dealer (apart from B&H and JR's Music World, this is it!)that one can actually place an online order with, without the idiotic phone calls from illegal immigrants trying to sell you everything but the kitchen sink. Quick service, good price (beat B&H Photo on my Gitzo tripod), good order tracking and status. No hidden addresses. Worthy of a good review."
