"I purchased an 18’’ Miele dishwasher instead of the 24”. I called about exchangeing the incorrect size, the dishwasher had already shipped and I asked if I reorderd the correct size from them would they waive the 20% restocking fee. I was told by the owner of the company that they would. It took over a month and three phone calls to get a refund for a dishwaher that I never took delivey of (the 18”). When the credit finally went through they had deducted the 20% restocking fee. Had I know that they wouldn’t keep their word I would have canclled the order and bought the correct dishwasher else where. Not a compnay to put your trust in. "

"thieves! worst customer service ever!
we were sent two defective dehumidifiers from evvive. After 3 months of requesting a refund be sent, we were told that it was a manufacturing defect & to take it up with the dehumidifier company. Their customer service rep, however, told us to return it to them for a full refund. Instead, the thieves at evvive kept $60 for "restocking" even though we got nothing in return. I spoke to the "shipping manager/co-owner" who basically told me I was supposed to know the difference between a shipping & manufacture defect so I was out of luck.

definitely never going to order from this company again. Filing complaint with BBB.

"I ordered a Miele Olympus vacuum through evVive and love it! It was in excellent condition when I received it and is much better than my previous vacuum cleaner. I would not have been able to get this vacuum from any of the stores near me and am happy I was able to buy such a nice product at a low price. I'll definitely order from evVive next time I need a new appliance for my home and have already encouraged several of my friends to do the same."

"I was shopping for a new vacuum when my crap dyson died. I went to the store and found nothing that felt nice. While browsing I came across evvive.com and found Miele Vacuums. I called and the sales rep was AMAZING, they spent the time and asked the kind of use and we narrowed down which one would work best. I ended up with the Miele TWIST and it fits my needs perfectly, and arrived in just a few days. Thank you to the great sales woman who helped me!"

"I found evVive through the Amazon marketplace. I liked their pricing and that they were only a state away. The microwave arrived in a couple days, but was damaged. "I ordered a corded handheld vacuum cleaner and received instead a Pet Hair Eraser. That would have been fine if the company evVive had just credited me for the incorrect item. However, I sent the item back, still have not received a credit, and was informed that evVive has to inspect my returned item before they can issue me a credit! Why am I assumed to have opened and harmed the item when the mistake was theirs?"

"Great folks. I ordered on May 2nd. Received confirmation for delivery on Friday the 6th. I was impatient to set up my new grill for mothers' day so I drove to their store/warehouse in New Jersey and picked up the item. They were welcoming and helped me load my van. "It's been a month after my order was made. Customer service is slow and very very poor. I asked for them to send out another invoice, and nothing ever came back. Pam that was working as a phone customer service agent takes 20 minute to type in my address and told me she was typing with one hand. She asked me to repeat 5 times, and still my order wasn't processed. Would never buy from them again and have to cancel my order since I couldn't take it anymore. Would pay more from other stores to get my goods on time and with much better service."

"At first I was very nervous spending $5k+ at a company I'd never heard of. However, it turned out to be the BEST online ordering experience I ever had. "Bought Miele coffee maker. Item arrived in ten days. Wished that FedEx tracking was provided automatically. I had to call to receive tracking. They said their new version is going to include notifications. Overall great product and great service. "
