I ordered two items, a week later I had to contact them about the status of my order because my credit card was not charged yet and I didn't hear from them. They responded, shipped only one of the items and promised to ship the second item the next day. Long story short, it's been a month and the second item still hasn't shipped. During that preriod I tried to email them several times, didn't get any response, finally called them, was assured that my item would ship within a week, 10 days later the item still was not shipped. At this point it had been almost a month and a half since I placed my order, so I called my bank and asked them to cancel the transaction which they did.

It is an awful company, stay away from them."

They refuse to exchange merchandise and they are not authorized dealers as they claim.

"Ordered a Danby DR399BLSGLP on october 15, 2010 received email on oct 18th that it should ship in a couple of days. I called ***-***-****, spoke to Pamela. She says the item is on backorder and I replied, on your site it reads in stock. Then she seemed frustraated and puts me on hold for 5 minutes and says to call back in couple of days. I call back on oct 26 and this time she (Pamela) gives me an attitude and says, "Well, what are you going to do about it, you're not paying my bills" .. After that, (the same day) I ended up paying $400 for the same item locally. I'd rather pay more than to ever deal with a company like this again! You try to buy a nice item cheap and you get nasty attitudes.. I guess the company hires cheap workers that don't appreciate.

"Overall a great appliance buying experience. Did research online prior to calling, and their customer service was very knowledgeable about different models and their options.

We bought a dishwasher, electric range, vent hood, and refrigerator. All arrived promptly, and I was impressed by the great packaging. "I have to say that was the most amazing order experience I've had in a long time. I ordered a microwave oven that no one else had in stock and they shipped it the same day. That is made more impressive by the fact that the unit is very heavy and had to go by freight carrier. Not only did they ship that day but the unit was within 10 miles of me about 15 hours later. I'm sure if I ordered a day earlier I would have had it essentially overnight.

The freight company was FANTASTIC. Best freight shipping company I've ever seen. At 7pm the day I ordered I had an email from their automated systems asking me to visit their website and select a delivery time. The delivery guys came early, handled it very carefully and were very professional.
