"Very disappointing experience. When I discovered that my old refrigerator stopped working, I found evVive on Amazon.com and placed order with Michael at evVive after he assured me that the unit I wanted was in stock and they could do a Saturday delivery. Waited home all day Saturday without receiving refrigerator or phone call. Makes me think that evVive is a vendor that claims that they inventory high ticket items that they do not have, then makes excuses for late delivery until they secure item from regional wholesale distributor. Now I have to take time off of work on Monday to be here for delivery from a reputable vendor.

Also, because so many reviews are exceptionally negative, I suspect that the positive ratings are self serving deceptive reviews created by people associated with the company's owner, if not by fake profiles created by the owner himself. Avoid like the plague.

"I ordered a Samsung Stainless Washer/Dryer pedestal from them, it came in dented on Friday Feb. 26th. and I called them to report it. UPS picked it up Monday Mar. 1st.

I called to check on the status of this order replacement on Thur. Mar. 4th.

I told the rep I spoke with that:
I was informed last Friday that a replacement unit would be shipped on Tuesday March 2nd.

The first time I called I was informed that the replacement was not shipped and a refund was authorized on Monday March 1st. I just called my bank, NO REFUND has been credited to my account!

The second time I called I found I was talking to the same person, I asked to speak to a manager, I explained I have not received a refund and then he stated “You will have to contact your credit card company”, he then hung up on me. I called my bank and will file a payment protest.

This is non-existent customer service!

"Worst customer service ever experienced - don't get involved with them - as they won't follow up on ANYTHING and you can't believe their customer service reps. After placing an order and receiving a confirmation that they were filling the order, they canceled the order for NO REASON (and didn't notify me). In speaking with the customer service rep, he couldn't figure out why it was canceled. After asking it to be ordered again, they then failed to place the order after a couple days. As a result, I canceled this order and I placed the order with a competitor and even saved a few dollars in the process! Don't put yourself through the headaches working with them - it's NOT worth it - there are plenty of reliable competitors."

"Wow. Well, I will make this post short and useful. If you expect any kind of customer service from this company, I would go elsewhere. All I got was lies, no response, and bad customer service.

In fact, I am so displeased with the service, that I will advocate against this website whenever I can, so people don't have to deal with crap... online.

"I bought a bosch front loading washing machine. The sales people were very helpful in helping me figure out the right model to get. Shipping was fast, the delivery men were courteous and fast. "I spent a week waiting on a couple bottles of carpet cleaner, checking my 'order status' every day. "Ordered Miele stand for 27" washing machine. Had to call them several times with an ETA. Always came up with an excuse and did not deliver on the promised day. Stand came in broken, which I understand it happens sometimes, but again, every time I called I was told "tomorrow". It took them a week to replace it. When the replacement came in, it was not originally packed and the item was a totally different , for a 24" equipment! Gave up and cancelled the order. I will not use them again"
