"Made an order for 2 Samsung Galaxy S3. The Black one was out of stock and incoming stock was expected in 10 days. Sent an email to change the order. The order was changed in a matter of hours and shipped the next working date. Very satidfied with their ervice once more."
"I have ordered several items from expansys over the last few months and only had an issue with a 'stuck' order once, I called customer service and expalined the issue and the order was released, delivery to Ireland took around 3 days, I haven't had any bad experiences with expansys, all items were as advertised and worked when I unpacked them. but I used my debit card because previously I ordered with the same mobile but they declined the credit card because of the proof of billing documents issue that's why I used debit card but again they rejected both credit/debit card. they want me to do bank transfer, first of all they should not mentioned the "choose payment type" if they will not accept other than bank transfer.

"I bought a pair of headphones which I waited 10 days and they were faulty so I complained and at first they said that I would have to send them back at my cost which I thought was ridiculous so I arranged for expansys to arrange the courier. They picked them up and when I asked for an update from them they told me the items were being sent to france to their technical team who will attempt to repair them. I thought this was ridiculous as the manufacturer is the only company which can carry out a repair and I also le3 2la this is taking forever. I told them to that there are some of these headphones in stock so please reserve one for me while you determine the issue with these headphones they said yes at first then retracted that statement when I asked for an update later but assured me that stock arrives regularly. I subsequently found out, following another week of waiting that the stock had been depleted and they are awaiting stock which could take another 9 days then. I rang them and they told me the item had shipped even though on the status update page I was viewing the item was still awaiting stock. I asked for a refund and they refused at first after which I told them I wanted to speak to a manager. They agreed after making me wait on the phone for 30 mins. I would never buy from this company as their customer service is so poor."
"Worst e-commerce experience EVER!
Wrote them more than 3 emails before getting a non-resolutive answer, I had to call them to know what was happening and they tell me they need a proof of address for my paypal account... (?!??!eeeekk??!?) FYI Expansys, Paypal verifies addresses and the bank account is linked to paypal as well, so when you see that the paypal user is "verified", you CAN trust it.
It's not over... once they veryfy my address, they tell me the Item is out of stock (still showing +100 in stock on the product page...) I was about to cancel my order but I had some very busy days and then I couldn't.
End of the story? Of course not!
I finally receive the products and read the specs... instructions and so on... guess what? They sent me a different monitor. I purchased an IPS monitor and they sent me the non-IPS version, which looks exactly the same but of course it's way far from having the IPS quality image.
I wrote them this morning to arrange a return (I will have to pay for the shipping costs ... yeah!) but I'm still waiting for a reply.
Expansys, you CAN'T deal with your customers this way. Really, you can't."

Paid for overnight delivery, web site and followup phone call with sales/customer service promised what I ordered was in stock and would be shipped overnight. Turned out to be 3 days until 'in stock' prior to any shipping. Then they had the gall to ask me to pay if seeking part shipping (also on web site). I could not beleive their customer services team make promises when they must know it is not in stock or available."
