"DO NOT ORDER - this organisation hasn't a clue what their doing - I placed an order for a product 2 weeks ago that was "ordered on request" and expected to take 5 days a week after ordering the status changed to expected in 1 day, this seemed fair as it was just over the 5 days they expected. For nearly a week the status never altered - however the stock availablity of the XS35 stated they had 37 in stock every day after 4 days of this and a handful of frustratingly aweful phone calls and emails later I give up the will and cancelled the order - found it on another website in stock and at a simliar price. I would think twice before placing another order at expansys"

"I ordered a Panasonic Lumix as it was the best price available at the time. I had previously ordered something from expansys so had a further 5% discount. There was a mix-up with the expiry date of the discount, but this was honoured. Indeed, everything was handled speedily and professionally and the camera arrived promptly. "I ordered 6 Western Digital 320GB 2.5" hard drives. Upon delivery I was shocked to find they had all simply been thrown in to a plastic delivery bag without any protection whatsoever.

When I sent an email of complaint, the reply I got simply said they would talk to their supplier and I never heard anything else.

Apart from this issue the dealings I have had with expansys have all been positive. The delivery was fast and on time and at least they did actually reply to my complaint instead of ignoring it."
