"This shop is some kind of joke. I purchased HTC One X on Sunday. The stock level at the time of order was 100+. According to the information on their website they should dispatch my mobile next day. After 3 days of waiting there was still no any confirmation that my order had been dispatched. I sent two emails to customer service. They replied me on Thursday and informed me that my handset has been dispatched two days ago on tuesday and should arrive within next few days. 3 days later on sunday and realized that they sent back my all money. No any email, note with apologies, no phone of course, NOTHING! I was waiting whole week for nothing. They apparently just cancelled my order without any explanation. This shop is just a camp of liars!

Moreover a week later I received an email from Expansys with the title: Tell us what you think about your new HTC One X!!! And further they wrote: It would be great if you could spare a few moments to review your new HTC One X!!! Why do they treat their customers like dumb monkeys??!!! This is just
unbelievable.

First placed my order on 9/9/2012, stated 'IN STOCK' !
Several days later. tracking stated 'in warehouse, awaiting dispatch! During past 2 weeks later, tracking status (continually changing from 5 to 15 to 8 days etc) states 'awaiting stock'- although their website states, "Sorry, this product no longer exists^.
No response to my email & tel.customer services extremely rude & cavalier. Do most of my shopping online but will NEVER use Expansys again. Up with top worst companies ! AVOID !

UPDATE-
'Eventually ' I got my Motorola Bluetooth Keyboard & could not believe it was NOT a UK layout as required but a FRENCH layout(totally different layout).
Needless to say, I subsequently wasted numerous hours/days trying to resolve & the only thing I managed to get was a massive migrane. I am now in the process of raising a dispute with my Credit Card Company/Small Claims Court - so the moral of this review, is unless you enjoy pointless confrontation or are masochist, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY"

"Terrible service. Willing to accept my payment only to then send me a request for me to scan a utility bill and send this to them. This is basically the customer ensuring the company's own protection from fraud. Do not be misled into thinking this is for your benefit as until goods are received the company is liable and if you pay by credit card you are further insured. this is wholly a ply by the company to cover their own backs.

After i had complied i received an email to say that they had received my scanned documents and the camera i was purchasing would be there as soon as possible. this was now December 20th and this answer as you might expect was no use to me. I asked when i could expect it and i was then told, they are trying to source it. This means they took the money for goods they didn't have. I asked for the cancellation policy and instead of providing this to me sent me a notice that they had now cancelled the order without actually asking me. Shoddy communication, terrible service and arrogance of the highest kind. poor poor company to deal with."
