That may be the thing though - I have always had promptly dispatched working goods and never had to deal with customer services, which seem bear the brunt of the bad feeling here. I was told everything was in stock and my delivery would be satisfied if I ordered on line befor 4pm. This I did. I was then asked for a utility bill for identification which I found strange but sent anyway. I asked for confirmation which I did not receive. I phoned the next day to check what was happening and was told the item was not in stock and would not be with me for a few days they could not give me specifics. "Really slipped up by not reading reviews. I was in a hurry to order a new printer for my company and went for the cheapest, recognised name with stock.
Printer didn't arrive as promised, phoned customer service, no stock. Gave me some bull about it being sent out on Monday, but email said that item hadn't even been sourced yet.
Cancelled order. I wonder how long I'll wait for Paypal refund??

"Took my money via Paypal, contacted me 18 days later then tried to ransom my items for photocopy of my Passport. They cancelled my order with no explanation. I suggest you report them to Office of Fair Trading - ****@**** - as I did.

I ordered a projector from them, got an e-mail to say the order has been acknowledged, the stock level at the time of order was 100+. Later that day i got an e-mail saying "Unfortunately, due to an overwhelming amount of interest in this product as part of our Summer Clearance Event we are unable to complete your order. Any necessary refunds are in progress now"

This is the second time this has happened to me. I will never be buying from them again... What a waste of my time!!!"
