"After ordering a part that I looked up using the VIN of the vehicle, I discovered that the system gave me the wrong part number and the part that was sent was a different part number than the one I removed from the vehicle. After having to wait a week to get the part, then I had to wait 24 hours to get a response about authorizing the return, and now I am having to wait until the returned item is received in a week before I will get my refund, which will take 2 to 5 more business days to process. Then I can finally order the correct part after the refund hits my bank and I get to wait another week for it to arrive again. Ridiculous! Customer satisfaction is NOT their #1 priority. They should be willing to streamline this process when it is their mistake. The only reason I gave them two stars is because at least they paid for the return shipping since it was their error. Hopefully they refund the original shipping charge as well."
