"I have NEVER had a more frustrating experience than I did with this company! Customer service (Valerie) was nice enough (when you could get through without being cut-off after long hold times), but the RMA associate assigned to my case (Supervisor, at that) was totally unapologetic, repetitive and basically just wanted to hear himself talk rather than understand what my entire experience was like, or what caused the issue. I literally had to try to talk over him during the better part of the conversation because he kept repeating the same thing, as if he were reading from a script, over and over again. At one point when I was trying to explain my viewpoint (and becoming repetitive myself), I overheard him talking to another person, on his end, that he was considering hanging up on me, but didn't know if it would be rude to do so. Basically, it came down to a misunderstanding (on my part), due to a very misleading page / parts order description but it's worth noting that I did make an attempt to confirm my order was correct so as to avoid a mistake before the transaction shipped. It was too late. In the end, their failure to properly acknowledge, or make an honest attempt to address the real problem, is on them. The only apology he offered me (which wasn't an apology, but meant to caste off blame), was to say "it is what it is" and he was sorry "I was confused". It would have been sufficient enough for them to acknowledge that their page is misleading and they could understand how I could be confused by IT, but he (a supervisor) refused to do so and would not consider working out a fair solution to help ensure customer satisfaction and future business. I wasn't seeking much but a small gesture of good faith on their part. Essentially, he told me I could order the part elsewhere. Great business ethic. The 2 star rating is because of the total experience. Their parts are good quality (as I understand it, parts are OEM and ship directly from Ford) and Valerie (the CSA) was very understanding, patient and demonstrated a good business ethic, throughout, prior to my dealing with the RMA dept. "

"Wouldn't accept the first order due to different billing address than shipping address. Contacted customer service which submitted a different request (ended up being a different order) which it did not accept. Played this back and forth game for over a week. I cotacted the customer service department and canceled the order and ordered parts elsewhere. 4 days later they shipped the order, billed my credit card. I contacted them and tried to send products back (unopened) they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee and I would also be responsible for the shipping. Anyone on the internet is a better option than this company. "
