"Trying to purchase a set of headlights. They show a drawing of them on the main page. Click on them, and the drawing changes to a random part. When I called to ask if the two product numbers (right and left headlight) were in fact for my vehicle, the person on the phone says they can't answer product information, and I will have to send an email for any questions. I'm hoping what I ordered is even the correct part, but who knows since the drawing for both headlights is now a drawing of something else in my purchase confirmation. "

"I ordered the exact part number the dealer gave me for the fuel evap line. As soon as it arrived I could clearly tell it was wrong put it directly back in the box got the RMA and sent it back. It arrived back into their warehouse on 10/28 it is now 11/7 and NO REFUND! I have called, chatted, and emailed. The last call the guy tried to tell me there would be a 20% restocking fee since it was my fault for ordering the wrong part! I told him that was not acceptable it was already 7 business days and no refund and now you want to steal money from me!? He then tells me that I should have put in my VIN and had them verify the part. Really!? I had to give them the VIN for the return they sent me a link to the "correct" part the picture was COMPLETELY WRONG he then tells me the pictures on the website are for "REFERENCE ONLY"! Yeah referenced it to my part and it's still WRONG!
I used PayPal to pay and I just filed a claim in hopes they can get them to issue the refund they owe me over $100! These guys are CROOKS!"
