"I ordered a mirror for my F350 from Ford Parts Giant. I looked it up on their website by year and model, and the picture of the part was exactly what I needed. The mirror they shipped wasn't even close. After researching at a real Ford dealership, I discover Ford Parts Giant has the wrong part listed. I send them 5 e-mails, to get a return authorization ( which they will only provide via e-mail), but they will not respond. I call and get the " you'll have to talk to a supervisor" runaround, then put on hold until the line goes dead. They give you 30 days to get a return authorization and I started trying to get one the day the part arrived. No wonder they have an F rating from BBB.
Wish I checked that before ordering. I'll have to just ship it back and charge back the order to my credit card. These guys just drop ship from Ford dealers. Save the hassle and order your OEM parts from real Ford dealers online. "

The instructions on where to go on the website are incorrect. It’s just a circle of pass the buck. It’s like dealing with the local cable company. After two days of trying to get a simple question answered, I went to my local Ford dealer instead. "

"Awful company. I've placed an order for Ford parts and paid for shipping too. Then after a day, an email comes in saying that a price increase needs me to pay extra. After another day, emails me for additional shipping cost. I suggest to just go directly to a Ford dealer. This company is a scam."
