My worst Internet purchase experience ever

"I bought 5 parts for my Ford. Shipping was outragously expensive but the prices were good so it worked out OK. Ironically, the two cheapest parts were the two that did not fit my car. The Throttle Position Sensor was the one that I really needed the most though, as the car was disabled without this part. I struggled to get an RMA from this company for 2 weeks. After about a week, I did get an RMA, but for the wrong part and stating that I was returning it because I didn't want it and had to pay restocking fees. So, I spent a second week trying to get this fixed. Their website does not work correctly for RMA inputs, and when you call them you wait on hold for an interminable time before being told that RMAs must be done through the website. Finally I went through PayPal to get refund. I would never deal with this company again for any reason. What a nightmare."

Pain to deal with

"Not only do you place an order, they email you stating that you can't return a part and if you don't respond fast enough they cancel your order. I know I can't return a part that is fuel or electrical related. This is insane. Worst service to deal with ever. It's so much easier to pay the extra money to buy from a local dealer. No matter how bad your local dealer is, they're not as bad as Ford Parts Giant."

high shipping price ($13) and it took two weeks to ship an in stock product

"Even though it was half way across the country, it would've been faster for me to walk to their distribution center and pick up my mats. I ordered a set of 4 all weather mats for a 2019 lincoln mkz. They were in stock, claimed they would ship the next day. Contacted customer service 3 different times over the next week asking why they had not shipped. Each time they told me they would ship the next day. Charged $13 for shipping and it took two weeks for the product to arrive in an extremely dirty, beat up, half open box. "
