Original Post on 4/24/12: Worst experience shopping with Fumfie. I placed an order on the 10th of April and one week later get an email that I need to call them to confirm the order. When I call, the sales agent I am assigned to is not available and I leave a message. I call back the next day and ask to speak to a person instead of a voicemail....this is on a Thursday. I confirm my order and think everything is okay. Well I get a email on Friday with the same auto generated text that is asking me to call to confirm the order. I am able to reach them on Monday...apparently the agent that contacted me finally listened to his voicemail and was returning my call just now. I frustratingly tell the person that I already confirmed my order and they notify me that the product has not shipped. I was livid. I finally got my camera today. It was boxed in the cheapest cardboard box and the box was busted and damaged.
On running through the inventory, there were items missing. "
