"I had a pleasant experience with my purchase. At first, knowing that there are grey market as well as import items that don't have the same warranty as a product manufactured for the US market, I was hesitant. However, after speaking with the salesperson, I knew I was getting a product backed by the companies full warranty. I am very happy with my order. I also asked the sales clerk how they could be the cheapest on the internet and they explained that they don't have a physical store and therefore don't have the overhead that other stores have to add to their merchandise."

"Here's my experience. I knew there were bad reviews but decided to give it a try. I wanted an HVX200A and told Henry that I wanted to be sure it was (1) in stock, (2)not a grey market camera and (3) that it was in a sealed box. I aksed for overnight shipping. Yes, he tried to sell additional stuff and warranties that I do not buy. He took my "no." I was a little put off by the 6% "insurance" but ordered anyway.
The camera came on time and I noticed that it was an HVX205A, the same camera, but the Japanese model. Felt a little misled, but talked to Henry and it is the same NTSC camera.
Had one issue this AM with a tape error. Michael in service called promptly and solved it. As long as you know you're gonna get a sales pitch and pay for "insurance," it's not a bad deal. I saved several hundred $."

"STAY AWAY FROM THAT FRAUDULENT STORE. First, they DO NOT send you a confirmation email of your purchase. (I ordered my camera on a Saturday when the store is closed). But, four days later, they emailed me to call them in confirmation of my order!!! Never heard that before from an Internet retailer!!
When I called, they tried to sell me anything from a backup battery, to warranty, to SD card.. When I stated I needed only the camera, the guy imposed on me a 9% price hype as "package insurance" that you can't decline cause it's "store policy". When I expressed dis-satisfaction with their business practices, the guy became very mean, unprofessional and aggressive.
Please, stay away. It's a major scam!!!!!!!!!!!"

"If you have asked yourself why their prices are so low and their company is located in Brooklyn, it's because they are a gray market dealer. If you like gray market crap, buy from them. Otherwise, go to a local camera store you've actually heard of and buy from them. I got a Nikon D7000 that was to be sold in China. Yeah it's basically the same exact camera, but when you need to have it repaired or cleaned by Nikon, it has to be sent to China.

Once I realized I had purchased a gray market camera, I called in to cancel my order. They told me that there was nothing they could do and I just had to "trust them," even though the order had been placed only 30 minutes prior. A few days later I received my order in a box that had already been opened and did not have a full manual or registration card.

"STAY AWAY!!! Outright fraudulent sales practices. Told me I "needed" to purchase certain accessories that were recommended by Canon for a vixia camcorder. This was a TOTAL lie. To add insult to injury, the "Canon recommended" accessories they sent were pure garbage worth a few bucks at the most (they charged over $40 or $50). Moreover, if I had actually kept the camera and used the accessories, the factory warranty would have been void! These people are the bottom of the barrel. I went through a tremendous amount of trouble in getting my entire refund back (they tried to charge me a 14% "re-stocking" fee). I had to initiate fraudulent charges complaints with my bank and the state's atty. general to get all the money back. So, if you are reading this, you better take my advice and steer clear of Fumfie.com."

"Beware of Hidden fees of 9% which will add without any notice when order online. Placed order for Canon 60d which has the cheapest price compare to all trusty online stores. Ordered past Tuesday, called everyday to check but still not shipped and been told it is in stock; and today is Friday.
Check the bank for the credit card balance and the money already withdrawn. Hope to get the camera next week to use for travelling since they already charged high $ for the S/H insurance. Amazon has the price just dropped which only $78 more. Still I will be pleased if receive the camara by early next week. "

"If you are reading this site, you probably found one of their deals and aren't sure if they are legit. Well, like others have stated it is a bit of a scam. I tried to buy a Canon 60D camera body only for about $200 below other online retailers. After declining their offers to purchase all other add ons, they stated there was an $80 shipping/insurance charge! After I declined they stated they can't send without insurance...QUESTION? Why do I need insurance when the product has a 90 day guarantee? If its broken when I receive it, I will send it back. No one charges insurance....just a way to make money on you.
