"Mr. McCormick and Fumfie.com are 5 out of 5! I just purchased the Canon EOS 60D camera kit, I spent 4 months researching and pricing this camera. I found Fumfie.com during my search and was blown away by their prices. So much that at first I was scared to buy it because their prices were $250.00+ below suggest retail, and while I kept going back to their website and looking at the price it dropped another $70.00! I had read some reviews about Fumfie.com, some not so great. I called up and ordered the Camera kit, I got great customer service on the phone, I was suggested some additional items to buy. "I ordered the Panasonic HDC-TM700 Digital Camcorder on Fumfie. The order on the web site indicated that the total cost will be $739 with free shipping. The following day I received an email from fumfie requesting that I called them back. I called back and they tried to sell me an extra battery, which I declined. The salesman then said that that my order total is $797. I told him that the web site said that it is $739. He said that the difference is for insurance. I told him that the web site had no indication of insurance. He said that he can throw in a camera bag, but he cannot take off the insurance cost. I declined, so he said that he will cancel my order.
I just feel that fumfie is not being straight forward on their web site, that they advertize their product at a low price but try to get you on accessories or insurance, and if you do not want the accessories, they cancel your order."
"Overall things were great. I was a bit hesitant at first as I'd never heard of you before and your fees were quite low comapared to your competators. But after I read the customer review then I ordered the video camera Sony HDR-CX550V from Fumfie. The transaction was simple and everything was as promised.

"Placed an order to Nikon D7000 listed at $1179 + 29 shipping, then got email asking to call them and then received a receipt with total price $1297.94. Fumfie says 87 dollars is insurance price, but I couldn't find anything on their site. Another concern is that USPS insurance for 1200 value costs $13 instead of $90.
Insurance charge must be clearly stated on they site in big red font or least comparable to other options, like delivery.
I won't deal with them again.
UPDATE: After posting this comment I've got email notification that my order has been canceled. I called Fumfie and asked why. The guy who I talk with previously confirmed with me that I left negative feedback, said "bye-bye" in hang-up. Unfortunately I can't change rating because he was pretty nice to talk over the phone when I made my order and not now. Let's see how smooth credit back to my card will be processed.
UPDATE 12/10. Refund process went without problems. Thanks I didn't have to call them again."

"Good service. Iwish they had mad it clearer that a signature would be required for delivery. If they had I would have chosen a different delivery address. But they remedied the situation and changed the delivery location with UPS with no additional charge, so they was only a slight delay in recieving my purchase. The only other negative is that they called to sell add-on's including a battery. I ended up with two. THe one includedwith the camera and the add-on they sold me. I am sure I will use it but would have probably waited until later to budget the additional battery and quick charger."
