"I ordered a rear view mirror cover for my GMC on 4/17/2024 and received an empty box on 4/20/2024.
I proved them with all documentation requested including pictures of all shipping and product labels
as well as the condition of an undamaged box in excellent condition never previously opened. They responded that they never ship an empty box and some how it must have been stolen.

"Sent mangled part, not only couldn’t use (paid$130, includes $40 expedited shipping- -and didn’t even come expedited). Add insult to injury Then they asked if I want to keep broken, unusable part ( I’m guessing to save on return shipping) they would give partial refund…. I tried to be helpful and said ok their idea of refund is $15 whole dollars. BE CAREFUL AND RECONSIDER IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Parts not useable, long delivery time and here do us customer service. Good luck! If they keep this dishonesty up they will be out of business or do business under different company name soon"
