I emailed multiple times asking for help with my problem, but the responses were inadequate and did nothing to help solve my problem. I showed videos of the needle not being centered, and the owner did not seem to care. He responded saying there’s nothing wrong with it, when clearly there is something wrong. I am a professional tailor, so I know when something is wrong. Don’t shop on this website! If your merchandise is not working, they won’t help you at all. "
