"1) We got our cutter and its a EU plug when we are in the USA and this company is based in Cali, so that doesn't make sense.
2) When I called about it I immediately got yelled at saying " Havent you already called us" and I said "No, this is my first time calling yall"
3) We are missing a $25 blade we order and I emailed and got yelled at in all caps in my email when it had been over 5 days since I gotten an email back so I was just checking in about the blade.
4) We got a replacement part for the EU plug but it looks like we have to re-wire the whole plug by stripping off the EU plug and putting on a new USA plug (I don't even know how or have the tools to do this)

"I bought a servo motor and a couple more items from them, all the items arrived with some kind of damage, but specially the motor electrocuted me and then it blew up. I contacted them the same day and now 2 moths later nothing from them.
Edit. now they contacted because i made a dispute with paypal and they said i have to ship the broken items back they will not pay for shipping i have to take the brunt of dealing with a shady corrupt company that has taken their time to do what they have to do.
Do not, i repeat do not!! buy From GoldStar Tools, unless you enjoy horrible customer service and even worse products.
