"I had a very good experience with the replacement kit. The only two things that I needed that were not included was a magnifying visor to see the details inside the phone and a tiny screwdriver to pry the back off of the phone. The included opening picks were not thin enough to get under the cover."

"Ordered a new battery for our MacBook Pro. It arrived incredibly fast (within 5 days) and at a great price of $99 which included the tools and accessories to replace. At first the 30+ steps were overwhelming at first glance it turned out that each individual step was laid out and left any guess work out of the process. If there ever was something that wasn't clear it was usually because of my own impatience, but a quick look at the comments section of each individual step you were able to figure it out based on others questions, and responses. Let's put it this way you could go down to the Apple store and they'll convince you it's not worth replacing a battery because they'll charge you $700+, and try to get you to purchase a new laptop at $2,000 to $4,000. However, for $99 and less than 90 mins of my time and my laptop is good as new. This site is great and I'll continue to use it moving forward and recommend it to anyone considering replacing their laptop vs. replacing the battery."
