"Ifixit products are always quality pieces with excellent instructions. However they recently started to use UPS innovations for shipping and this is absolutely horrible. I live in Northern California and it took almost a full week to arrive. In this day and age of fast shipping this is simply unacceptable. Furthermore the package arrived damage, but luckily the product seems to work. Who knows if it will fail sooner due to the damage it received during shipping. I don’t know if I can recommend ifixit to friends and families anymore due to this."
