"Extremely disappointed. I read the other negative reviews regarding orders that were not delivered on time, but I took a chance based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I did not receive my keys and cancelled my order. Received notification the day after I ordered stating my order had been processed and I should receive in 2-5 days. They even provided a tracking #. On day 5, I tracked the order to USPS and noted the merchandise had not been provided to the post office for delivery. I called ikeyless who informed me that the keys were on back order and I should've received an email notifying me of such. I never received such email. Accordingly, I have been without a car for a week now (because I'm a dummy who lost his only key), still have no key and was just informed by ikeyless that it should be soon, but they were uncertain as to how long. Not taking a chance to wait another week to find out it will be another week. Thanks for nothing ikeyless. "

"Thank you so much! I had the key cut for free and I programmed it myself! It worked great. Home Depot was shocked that I only spent 20.50. They were going to charge me 39 for the key and 40 to program.

"I ordered a replacement transponder key for my 2012 Toyota Rav4. The key arrived promptly. However, when I took it to the locksmith to be cut and programmed, the locksmith informed me that the battery is dead, and that they had sent the wrong key. My original key has a "G" stamped on it. Purchasing such a transponder key is was not an option available to me on the iKeyless website. When I called customer service, and they promptly arranged for an exchange, but had no information as to why I would be sent a dead key, or why the option to buy the correct key in the first place was not available on their website. I am currently awaiting the exchange materials to arrive. "

"I lost my car keys and searched the internet for a replacement. Dealerships and locksmiths can charge up to $200+! iKeyless had the lowest prices and a telephone number to call with questions. A replacement transponder key was like, $14 at iKeyless!!!! I also purchased the car remote alarm for a total of $55. Well, low and behold, my key turns up! I emailed iKeyless after midnight and Dave responded the next morning. He said he would try to cancel the order for me, but wasn't able to catch it in time. When it showed up at my house, I contacted Dave and asked if I could get a full refund and his response was "You sure will!" In today's e-commerce times, it is so hard to get good customer service. Dave and I emailed about 5 times during this transaction. I truly appreciate the personal touch. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!"
