"Ordered a replacement remote for my car. It was used and in bad shape. No where on the listing does it state used or otherwise. Contacted Ikeyless they say its in out terms agreement. Deceptive if you ask me. I'm not happy and will never do business with or recommend ikeyless to anyone. As far as shipping it was not quick. took over 10 days to get it not the stated 2-5 days.

It would be easy enough to list it as refurbished if that is what it is.

"I bought a remote entry fab and an uncut transponder key. In general very pleased with the remote entry fab as I was able to program in just a few minutes on my own using instructions off the internet. The transponder key wasn't usable because no outlet had the right transponder programmer to program the chip. This is a problem and an inconvenience to the customer. It would've been nicer if you provided outlets near my ZIP code that can program this particular key. Cutting the key is not really a problem as most places can do it in seconds. All in all, I am happy to know that there are places to buy these products much cheaper than dealerships!"
