I emailed after ordering and Monday David replyed with the phone number to reach them directly. I called and Rachael handled getting my order updated before it shipped out. "Summary: They lie and then then don't ship until you complain on the internet and even then it doesn't work. Shop elsewhere.
I placed my order with iKeyless due to "same day shipping." Instead it's been 17 days and they haven't shipped anything. I called them and they said "Oh we sent out an email to tell you it's on a one to two week backorder- it should go out this week." I checked and they never sent the email, also it didn't go out that week, which was last week. Still waiting.

It gets worse.
So it is true they express mailed me the keyless entry. However, as many have stated I paid for a "NEW" keyfob and the one I got was most definitely very used. Not refurbished, that would imply near-new condition. It was old and dented and had some sort of weird grout in the letters. But that's not the bad part.
It didn't even work. Changed the battery, followed the instructions with another new remote: still didn't work.
The remote I ordered from eBay was 20 bucks less, much better condition, and they didn't lie about it being used. Also it works which was great. Amazon has them too. The good news is the only thing that was busted on my old remote was the shell, so I was able to change shells and get some use out of the hunk of crap plastic they sent me."
"Still waiting for my keyless remote to arrive weeks after I ordered it on December 19th. The website claimed when I ordered the remote that they are in stock, but after waiting a week, and hearing nothing from iKeyless, I called to follow up, only to be told that they were "backordered", and that the remote should arrive in one more week. Now almost a month later, still no remote! Very frustrating indeed!"

"I contacted ikeyless after the remote I got from them quit working. In a very short time, an employee, David, returned my email. He told me to have the remote checked at an auto store. I did and they said it was the remote not the battery. Within a few days, David sent me another remote with directions to reprogram it. Everything is working fine. I appreciate the fact that David was helpfuland courteous each time we corresponded. I appreciated that very much and I'm very glad our remote is working for our car!!"
"I purchased a keyless entry remote from here and they emailed me letting me know that I would receive it in 2 to 5 business days. On the 6th business day I called to confirm and they told me it was on back order. I purchased this for a Christmas gift. I asked why they wouldn't let someone know that when they make the purchase and his response was "it's hard to keep up with the inventory." There was no apology or anything. When I finally received it a week and a half later it was used. When I called about that they said it says in the terms and agreements that they may be refurbished (the fine print I guess). When I took it to the dealership to have it programmed the had to repair the inside of it before it would even work. Needless to say this was my first and last time ever purchasing anything from here. It has been a horrible experience with the product and the customer service."

They found a key and shipped it out the same day, and refunded the extra money I spent on a key jacket and faster shipping! They even said I should get it by Christmas!! I thought that this was going to be a great experience from reading the reviews. I was already leery about ordering keys from a website. I ordered my keys on Monday, even paid extra for faster shipping. And my package still hasn't arrived. I called them and they said the item was on back order and the representative didn't know when they'd be getting more. They didn't offer any help except for the option to cancel the order. I want the keys! I didn't receive a call or an email. I planned on giving this as a gift to my mother for Christmas! She just got her car fixed and is able to drive it and I wanted her to have keyless entry. So disappointed... now I have to give this long explanation as to why she doesn't have her gift. I'm really upset."

"Excellent service and product. Bought 3 key blanks, 2 remotes and the KeyFinder. Toyota dealer wss skeptical about 'aftermarket' keys. Had them cut the keys and needed them to program the key and remote for my 2009 Highlander (Toyota charged me $109 to program both - ouch!). Worked perfectly. They cut the key for my 2001 Sienna and I programmed myself following the included instructions. Worked perfectly. The KeyFinder, however, was DOA. Called iKeyless, they emailed me a prepaid return label, I put the KeyFinder package in the afternoon mail and recieved a working replacement in 5 days. Could not be happier and highly recommend iKeyless!"
"My original review of iKeyless.com was negative, due to their "same day shipping" advertisement, and the fact that I had received neither the item ordered nor a backorder notice. However, after posting the negative review, the iKeyless team went to work! I received an apology for not being notified of a backorder, AND received a 50% refund of my order! The item is still on backorder, but the iKeyless customer service is top notch! I am torn as to whether to give 5 stars just for their customer service, yet without the item that I ordered. I'll leave it at 4 stars simply because I don't have what I ordered, which is probably not the fault of the company itself. I'll use them again, however."

-Was contacted by customer service manager after posting negative review on Reseller Ratings and he apologized for the situation and sent me a very gently used key remote right away to replace the damaged remote and even included a hand-written note. Definitely was impressed with this level of care and customer service and changed my view on the company. Would use company again and recommend to friends/family.

I ordered a blank key and remote control door opener for my 2008 Honda Odyssey. When I received the remote control, it was very dirty, had mold growing on it, and was cracked. I don't mind having a used remote, but did not expect this with my $50 purchase. When I wrote the company, they said that they would refund $5 for me for my disappointment but made no effort to replace the disgusting product. Very disappointed in the entire experience."
