"We're a busy family. We bought a spare smartkey for our 2009 Toyota Camry in August 2012. After calling our mechanic, we learned we had to have the dealer synch the new, (it was used) key w/ the car. We returned from vacation, and then school started. We scheduled an appointment w/ the dealer for the Camry, but then our other car needed work before we could get the Camry to the dealer. We finally got the Camry to the dealer last week, the first week of February. The key has been sitting on my desk since August. The dealership calls me to say that the new smartkey doesn’t work. It’s defective. So I email iKeyless and they tell me their return policy is 30 days for a refund an 90 days for an exchange. I explained my situation and ended up corresponding with their Customer Service Manager, Jeremy, who completely understood my situation and let me return my defective smartkey for a full refund. I really appreciate a company that’s willing to listen to its customers!"

The programming instructions for the remotes were right on, and I had them programmed in about 2 minutes. I took the key to the dealership, where I was told that when customers brought keys in they didn't always work, but there were no issues with the key that you guys supplied for me. "The new remote works great! I ordered a 2 button key fob for a 2001 Pontiac Montana and it arrived within 3 business days. I had a brief problem programming, but after looking on programyourremote.com I found the correct fuse (BCM PRGRM) located in the fuse panel accessed by the front opening passenger door (not the fuse panel under the hood). I then followed their directions and programming was fast and easy!

"I had lost one remote for my Audi and the other was old and falling apart so I purchased two four button remotes ($140) for an Audi A4 from IKEYLESS – But when they arrived - One key was new (this remote had the Audi logo on the back missing) the other remote was refurbished (the key pad front was in the delivery bag would not stay in when pressed back into the remote) – I contacted the support desk about this only to be told – that “they sell new and reconditioned keys and if I got a reconditioned key it was because they had no new ones left and that was how they could provide such a discount”. But I needed keys for the car – so I went ahead and had the keys cut (cost $80 for both) and then took them to the local Audi garage for programming (Cost $60 for both) - I witnessed that they (Audi) had no success in programing the keys - I showed them the literature that came with the Keys and told Audi to try anyway but still no success – I then had to purchase the programmable part of the key from Audi for another $100 – So far this has cost me in excess of $380 (not including time / phone calls to the support desk or petrol cost for running around) I am still trying to get a RMA number to return the Remotes (But I can only return part of the remotes as I had to have the key part cut to put into the ignition to be able to program the Keys!) The Support and return service to date has been worthless – It would have been cheaper to buy two remotes directly from the Audi garage – I would have got two new complete (with programming) keys with no Issues – I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company – very disgusted with the product and service. "
"I placed an order on 12/29/12. I have not received my keyless entry remote OR protective remote skin. I have emailed and received nothing. I have called as well and I'm getting "press 2 to leave a voicemail, press any other key to return to the que or you may hang up at any other time". I at least would like to have some dialogue."

As stated in previous reviews, they were on back order and no email was sent out. I am happy about the low cost but so far the service has not impressed me. "
