" My experience with I keyless has been very good. I purchased a new remote for my mothers 01 lumina. After all was said and done I discovered that her original needed nothing more than a battrey.
In comparison to buying localay the price I paid at Ikeyless was a steal and I felt bad having to return the remote.
This company has been very fair in accepting my mistake and making a full refund.
I will keep Ikeyless in my favorites list. (Im certain to use them again.) I have recomended them friends and family.

"I had quite a frustrating experience on the phone with them. I called to cancel an order this morning. I must have attempted calling about 8 times and I'm not exaggerating.The first 5 attempts no one answered. Then I was hung up on 3 times in a row! When I finally got someone on the line they told me IF they were going to cancel I would recieve an email stating so. I then asked how long it would take to recieve the email, the representative said "later today" I was looking for a little more specification so I asked "ok, one hour? two hours?" I was told again "later today". Their customer service is aweful!! I feel so frustrated, does ANYONE do their job right anymore??"

"On November 18 I completed an online purchase of a Smartkey - 3 Button for a 2006 Infiniti FX. I did receive the receipt of sales in my email however, I have yet to receive a key or a tracking number. I have tried to call to inquire about the status of my order but all that I get is a 15 minutes loop of music and a message that someone will assist me in 1 minute but to no avail. I paid $94.90 for a key that was promised to be mailed out in 5 business days. I am running out of patience and I really am beginning to believe that this company may have taken the money and ran."

I had trouble getting it to work with the car and sent several questions to ikeyless customer support. They responded quickly with additional guidance. Unfortunately, I had to return the remote as it turned out the car was not wired for keyless entry. Throughout the return process, ikeyless staff were courteous and helpful, always responding promptly."
