"Ordered bland key and remote for 2007 GMC truck. The order came within a week but no directions on how to program as promised. I called ikeyless twice but no answer. Then I emailed them twice and still no reply
I am sure someone was just asleep at the switch, but that doesn't help me.
I will not be using this service again.
When you order something and someone gets great reviews, you wonder if they only print the favorable ones.
I took the remote to a auto-specialty shop and they had difficulty programming it.
Why? The "new" battery was already dead.
So, after a frustrating afternoon and an additional expense, my extra set of keys work. But without the directions and even with them, with a dead battery, it would not have happened.
I would not recommend this service"

Well today is Jan 5th 2012, and still nothing, I have sent Ikeyless email, asking them about my order, no response, I have tried calling Ikeyless on the phone, an automated answering service picks the phone up and tells me to hold, then the phone just rings no one ever picks the phone up. I have also talked to the post office and they tell me they never received the package. Do not trust this company

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a keyless remote on 12/20 and the item was never shipped. I was quickly emailed an order confirmation number and the next day received shipping information. All seemed to be going smoothly. Unfortunately, the USPS number I was given indicates the product was never processed for mailing. It's been two weeks since the order was placed and still no updates. I've called their customer service for two days now and it just rings and rings without answer. It's as if the company went out of business. I rarely complain about poor customer service and never write reviews but this is simply pathetic. I highly discourage doing business with this company. Not worth the risk.
