"Initially I was disappointed with iKeyless, having read the reviews I'd decided to order my remote key / fob blank from them as the prices are reasonable. Due to my item being on back-order a lost/not recieved email which lead to a misunderstanding with the status of my delayed order. However Jeremy note my disappointment and really worked to contact me and remedy the situation. with that I'm upgrading my rating to a 3.5. "
"OUCH Stay Away. I do not write bad reviews until poor customer service is provided. On Nov 18th I placed an order for two key fobs to a 2004 Lesabra. I was told they were in stock and so I placed an order expecting to receive with-in a week. Two weeks went bye and I called ikeyless. The phone rang off the hook as if they went out of business. I found this site (ResellerRatings) and someone that had a bad experience with ikeyless had explained that if you go on their web site, they would respond. I did this and a Jeremy responded immeadiatly. He appoligised for the delays and said their does NOT appear to be any tracking history. He said he would look into this in the morning and get back with me. This did NOT happen so I contacted ikeyless two days later. I was told that it appears that the order stated it was shipped but their is no tracking information.(This is a common excuss for companies to use your money while they do not have the product in stock,to then purchase from a supplier and ship it out when it arrives, before you make any contact to inquire about your order.) He appologised for the delay and so I asked for overnight shipping due to their issues. He said he cannot offer me overnight shipping only standard 2-3 day shipping. I would have expected overnight shipping since it was their poor service that caused the delay. I explained, one excuss is acceptable but, two and a third excuss is telling me they still do not have the product so they issued me a refund and I will be going to their competator (Keyless) for my key fobs. I suggest you do the same if you want to receive anything."

"I ordered a keyless entry remote for my 2002 Dodge Neon. I was a bit nervous about it not being capable of being programmed to my car, but I took it to a dealer and it works perfectly. Prior to receiving the remote, I spoke to a rep from the company who assured me that the item was refurbished to work - and even assured me that if the dealer couldn't program it, he would find me someone who would and/or I could get a refund. I'm happy that I didn't have to go any further than the dealer. "

"I bought a keyless enty remote for my Camry. It works and is easy to be programmed. The one I got is a used remote and not very sensitive. I contacted them and told them the issue. They are glad to offer me a replacement and now I am waiting for my replacement remote.Very good customer service."

"I'm pleased to write this review on behalf of iKeyless. We purchased two remotes that we weren't able to have programed for our car, at no fault of iKeyless. I contacted them and explained our situation. IKeyless was VERY quick to respond, didn't give us the "run around", and promptly granted us a full refund. "Outstanding service by iKeyless so far. I received my items just as I ordered them, and the key works perfectly. I ordered a key with transponder and was able to find a local locksmith to cut the key AND program the transponder. This key was for a '00 Toyota."
"I ordered from them on Nov. 11. I received my order on Dec. 16th after several e-mails and numerous telephone calls, most of which I could not get a person. I called on Nov. 18th, waited, and got a customer rep (women) and she said she would e-mail me the tracking number. Never received it. 'Jeremy' sent us an e-mail apologizing for the delay and assuring us that our order was on the way on November 22nd and we would have it within a couple of days. Well I wouldn't call Dec. 16th a 'few days'. This company is extremely difficult to get a hold of and the Better Business Bureau has multiple complaints against them. We actually did file a dispute with our credit card company on Dec. 15th to get our money back but we FINALLY received the order on the 17th so I guess we'll cancel the dispute but will never do business or recommend doing business with them again."
