"I purchased a two button remote for my 2007 Subaru. A few days later, I received an email mentioning that the item was no longer available and to please call them. I spoke with Sam in customer service who was very helpful. He offered a slightly different remote that would still work with my subaru. While speaking with Sam, I did some quick internet searches on ikeyless and found a great deal of negative feedback. This nearly made me cancel my order while speaking with Sam. He assured me that everything is "above board" with ikeyless and if I was not happy a refund would be offered...I went ahead with the order, and was very happy that I did. I received the new remote and set out to program it right away. It took some trial and error, but after 15 minutes or so, i figured it all out and now it works perfectly. Spending $ 50 for a new remote from ikeyless is a much better idea than spending $ 150 from a dealership. Would I recommend buying from ikeyless? Yes. "

"ikeyless.com saved me over $150. I lost my keys and called the dealer, I was quoted $159 for the key fob and $59 for installation. The dealer told me that they "had to do it". As usual dealers are not 100% honest. The install was easy with great instructions provided by ikeyless. Also, the live chat support provided by Craig at ikeyless was fantastic. He helped my first by correcting shipping addresss and then again becuase I ordered the wrong key fob. Extremely satisfied!!!"
"iKeyless people were far superior than any of the other companies I contacted to purchase a keyless remote for a 2003 Toyota Rav4. The issue was that for this model year, there were two different models (factory and dealer installed). Toyota had also tried to replace the factory installed model with a later version, but it wasn't working as well. The trick was to make sure I got the right model. Several people tried to sell me the replacement model, but iKeyless knew all about the problem and still carried the old original model, which was the only one that would work. Both Jeremy and Sam @ iKeyless were able to answer my questions and made sure the original model I needed was shipped. The cost from iKeyless was ~$70 and included the programming instructions, while the dealer wanted $150 for the remote and another $80 to program it. It took a couple of tries to get the programming to work (about 10 minutes), but the new remote works fine. I definitely recommend iKeyless."

"I ordered a remote for my truck, I received an E-mail saying they would ship it out the same day, and that it would take 3-5 business days to arrive. Immediately after I received a shipping order. A week later a representative called me asking me if I wanted a different remote, I told him that I received an Email saying it was already shipped out and that I was awaiting my remote any day now. He said it hasn't been shipped out and if I wanted that remote I would have to wait another week. I waited and then again they told me they did not have that remote. They wasted 3 weeks of my time when I could have easily gone to another dealer. I am upset that they have wasted my valuable time and for giving me false hope of having my key delivered. Most definitely will not recommend this place."

"I would like to say that I sent my first review in before I actually received my remote and unfortunately the remote was not the right one for my SUV.However, my opinion of Ikeyless has not changed.They still have been most helpful and courteous in handling my return.I think you find out more about a company when things do not go according to plan so I am still impressed with Nick who handled my return.The only thing that I am waiting on now is my credit but I am certain that it will be handled promptly."
"I needed a new remote for my 1996 Saturn, but the dealer wanted a fortune. Not only that, but they charged a hefty fee for "programming" to make the remote work with my car. Since you can get anything online these days, I did a web search and found that not only are remotes a lot cheaper, but you can do the programming yourself.
iKeyless had the best price including shipping for two remotes. I ordered two remotes and a protective skin. Unfortunately, the website experienced a glitch, and my browser went blank. I called iKeyless's toll-free number and had my order placed within a few minutes. An email confirmation arrived a few minutes later.
Shipping was very fast. I ordered on Thursday, and received my remotes the following Monday. I received an extra protective skin at no charge; perhaps this was to compensate for my inconvenience when ordering. The remotes appeared to be used but in good condition. (iKeyless's Terms and Conditions page says that the remotes may be new or reconditioned, but they don't go out of their way to say that elsewhere on their website.)
By following the included instructions, I was able to utilize a clip lead and two paper clips to program the remotes to my car. It took less than 5 minutes.
One of the remotes didn't work at until I replaced the battery. I reported the dead battery to iKeyless, and they refunded the cost of the battery to my credit card the next day.
Overall, it was a good experience. There were some problems, buy iKeyless took care of them immediately and painlessly, with no questions asked. I would definitely do business with them again."
