"Placed order two days ago. Got three emails saying that because it was a large purchase I had to call Joes. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes a guy answered and say "Yea?"... He then went on to tell me the TV I ordered was crap and that I had to switch to this LG TV he wanted me to buy. After saying no he says "yea whatever man" and then hung up on me. I have not received any further confirmation after that call and my order still shows and Processing.... Horrible experience so far."
