"I understand it could take longer because of the amazing price. I was told 38 business days. However, it has passed 52 business days and no information about how long it would take. In addition, very poor customer service. I have called 3 times after the 38 days passed (during last 2 weeks) and they hang up just aftet they say "it's on its way, let me do some research and call you back". No chance to complain or ask anything. And of course they haven't returned the call. I also sent an e-mail 2 days ago and neithet they answered."
