"I placed an order for a Samsung TV on 11/26. 6 weeks later, still had not received the merchandise, nor any information on when it would be shipping. I called Joes AV and the guy on the phone told me that I shouldn't have ordered that TV, it's shipping from Asia and they take forever to arrive, plus it's not as good as the OTHER Samsung TV, which he would give to me at a huge discount (but still $1000 more than the one I purchased initially). I, for some inane reason, agreed. Three weeks later, had still not received any information on when it would be shipping. So, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Joes credited back the amount, but then proceeded to charge me for almost the exact same amount, even though I never ordered anything else from them. I am now disputing that charge. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. These people are scam artists. BEWARE!!!"

"I have been waiting since 11/18/17, and it is now 2/2/18, with no tv, no update, and if you wait the almost hour on the phone to talk to someone they literally hang up on you. Why does the tv say it’s in stock on your website but you have to wait months for it to be shipped from China? Horrible experience"
