I purchased two of these chairs on the basis of the dimensions on the website
Seat Dimensions: 18"L x 17"W x 18.5"H.
But the chairs that I received were only 16.750" high. Quite inadequate for use as a dining chair. I was very disappointed. Since it was such a major hassle for me to send the chairs back, I have decided to keep them. I feel deceived by the information that you have posted on your website and as a result I cannot recommend these chairs to any one else. The chairs by themselves are quite adequate except they do not function as dining chairs. So back to the drawing board, since I am still looking for six chairs. But, I have not been to your web site only because..once bitten twice shy.
To add insult to injury when I tried to post a similar review, I was just not allowed to post it . I tried for the better part of that week but no luck, which is why I wrote to you after all this time expressing my dismay and disappointment. Buying furniture on the web takes a certain amount of trust in the folks that run the web sites. If the information is wrong then it is your duty to correct it . Please send somebody out with a measuring tape to your warehouse and have them measure this chair and change the dimensions on the web site. I look forward to seeing this review on the website soon.

"I love the look of these headboards. They are a perfect fit for our guest bedroom. I like how tall they are since I prop décor pillows up - I can still see the headboard. The fabric is made well. "I'm greatly disappointed with the customer service I've received from this company. I ordered a bed frame from their website (it was actually out of stock when I placed the order, but there was no indication of that. I only found out when I reached out to customer service through chat about a delivery date, because there was no shipping info in my receipt). So, right from the beginning there was a lack of communication. I eventually received the order, only to discover that I was sent a Twin when I ordered a Queen. I was told to email claims about the wrong product, which I did, also attaching pictures of my receipt and the wrong items (the frame came in one box, and the legs in another). I was sent one return shipping label. Since I had two boxes, I asked for another, which they sent without question. My new frame was shipped and I received it a few days later, but without the legs. I email claims about the legs (throughout my entire communication with Jewel from claims, I never once received any sort of apology). I receive a rude and curt response that I was supposed to keep the legs from the other frame and, again, no apology. How was I supposed to know this? Jewel, who I spoke with the entire time, had ample time to communicate that I was just supposed to keep the legs that came with my first shipment. So now I am waiting for yet another delivery from this company. Nearly a month later, I'll have all the correct parts for this bed. All of this could have been avoided had my original order just been correct. The one star is for the lack of communication and very poor customer service. I can't speak for the product itself yet. "

Added to that, our boxes arrived damaged. Luckily the bedframe itself was not damaged, but again when I reached out about it I was met with rudeness.

"The product was purchased on Black Friday. It said it was in stock. I received an email receipt days later and it said it was out of stock. I called them and they said it would be 2 or 3 weeks. I called them and it was another 2 weeks. It was a month later that I got the couch. My wife called and complained (typical) and the manager gave us 10% our next order which was nice. I may have purchased elsewhere if I knew this when deciding on the couch. Overall the couch was nice, and was delivered with no damage. The website availability and stock is not accurate. I feel its almost a little shady, but in the end we are happy with our product. "
