They were going to charge us for redelivery and additional for a smaller truck that could fit in our parking lot. There was no warning that this would happen. Ended up having to get the packages in my personal trailer at Will Call to avoid being charged an additional $250. "

"I am taking this survey not to be a complainer but to hopefully support the need for a company to never take quality and craftsmanship for granted. I submitted my order online and was pleased with that part and since it was a new year was on the idea of being more efficient and productive for 2016. I patiently waited for may cabinet to arrive and finally that day arrived to put it into place. With the hopes of a turn-key plan I ordered it assembled and was ready to get moving. When the cabinet arrived I noticed damage to the packaging and was leery but hopeful. After unwrapping, I noticed small scratches and then really was upset when someone threw in a can of black spray paint...real cute! I proceeded to utilize the cabinet then saw more flaws in the craftsmanship of the cabinet (or lack thereof) and was really disappointed this is what I was encountering. I then decided to write a complaint letter after that experience especially since I was having problems with opening the cabinet door.
And now comes the part where the staff at Locker.com, answered my complaint email in a quick and satisfying manner. We were able to reach a resolution and they were very apologetic for what took place. I am hopeful that resolution will exceed my expectations and we can continue to be business partners. "

"We live in an old school building converted into condos. Ours is the former girl's locker room. So having a locker in our condo was something we always wanted. Found lockers.com and ordered a locker to go just inside our front door. Works perfect for boots, umbrellas, dog toys, etc."
"The overall process was easy and painless. The items received are perfect for our needs. The only issue I have is that while they are both "tan", they are not the same shade of tan. The lockers were placed side by side for our needs so you can certainly see the two different colors. With that being said, they were place in the apparatus bay of our fire department so they will get dirty. Additionally, there were a few minor paint flaws and some wear on the already on the some of the metal where the doors rub against the other metal parts but nothing that would warrant use to have a lot of issues over. Just wanted to note these few issues. "
