Ouch

"The purchased lockers are fine. I paid extra for interior delivery, but the driver would not assist with unloading once the package got inside. This resulted in my engineer tearing a tendon in his arm, now out on disability after surgery. Very disappointed with the delivery guy..."

Good Quality Lockers

"I like the lockers because they're heavy duty plastic and feel like they'll last a long time. The only problem was that there were a few missing pieces (bonding plate and security screws) so we had to go to the store and buy them to complete the installation. Other than that, they'll be perfect for what we need them for. "

"The lockers are good quality but were missing nuts and bolts. Also, I sent a separate email about the poor condition of the pallet that was used. The pallet was broken and even if it had been intact, you put 2000 pounds of lockers on a very low pallet that the truck driver could not get a pallet jack under. Our service department had to drag the pallet to the edge of the truck and unload 300 pound boxes by hand. "

"There wasn't as good of communication as I would care for on the build, ship, and expected arrival date. In my build I needed clear communication to schedule hired labor to off load, transfer and build. It took me reaching out a couple of times to try and track my order down. "

"Wrong locker was sent. One door hinge was not attached and one was missing a rivet. Have ordered lockers from lockers,com before and was satisfied with those orders. I was disappointed in this last order."

Love my lockers

"We've ordered lockers before from lockers.com and they are awesome. This order came in damaged and we are still in the midst of getting it resolved. I know these things happen, but it's really put a hitch in our overall finish out of our photography/video studio. Hopefully, it will get resolved quickly!"
