"If you choose a payment method other than PayPal, your order will be canceled. You can then repurchase your item with PayPal… Not a very good experience. My order was canceled 5 times before I finally gave up. Each charge was approved by my credit card and a hold was placed, so their excuse of not being able to verify my address in regards to my credit card is a blatant lie. It also isn’t their job. Find another seller."

"I purchased a used Mac mini. Same model as my old one that died. It arrived with the oldest possible iOS installed. This made it impossible to use command option D to upgrade it. Time machine and migration manager would not so not work.
The good news – the staff worked with me thoroughly to get it updated to the latest operating system and ability to transfer my files. It cost me a lot of time and effort. In the end I was hoping for some discount or gift card but…"

"Everything regarding customer service was great. All of the tools and directions for the replacement were there. Easy to follow and navigate. However, the battery is not so great. It gets hot quick and with a full charge it only lasts for about 7-8hrs. "
