"(1) You attempted to extort additional money from me to complete the order.
(2) You altered the sale shown on your website such that the amounts failed to total correctly AND failed to match your emailed order and payment acknowledgment.
(3) Two calls with customer disservice resulted in you cancelling the order.
(4) You initially refunded less that what you were paid via PayPal.
(5) Increased scrutiny by PayPal and my card issuer ultimately resulted in a full refund.
(6) Never at any time did you attempt to contact me by any means to offer an apology or explanation, to attempt another sale, or attempt to recognize me as a valued returning customer in good standing.
(7) I ultimately purchased exactly the equipment I wanted from a competing vendor.
So WTF is your problem there, and why should I say anything nice about you? How can I, in good faith, refer you to anyone I care about? "
