"The laptop I purchased came with an MDM lock on it from the previous owner, so that it was unusable. OWC/Macsales clearly had not tested it before they sold it. Then they took Thursday through Monday morning to get it cleared up. In the mean time they kept me on hold for hours, trying to contact a "leadership team," which was MIA, and they promised to send email updates that never arrived.
By the time they cleared up the lock I'd had enough of this company and returned the laptop. Then I got an email from their long lost "leadership team" apologizing, and saying if there was anything else they could do, just reach out. I emailed back, and of course they didn't respond.
This is a company that claims to go all out for their customers and send only thoroughly tested gear. If that were true I wouldn't have received a lemon, they would have resolved the issue immediately by sending a replacement, and their higher level service team would have been available and all over the problem. Instead they wasted hours of my time and kept me hanging on for 4 days.

"Bought a refurbished Mac Mini and received a unit that looked every bit new and runs like a charm. Delivery was fast, the packaging not excessive but my favorite aspect of buying from MacSales is that the website doesn't skimp on the details of every purchase. What a Godsend it is to see a thorough array of stats, compatabilities, ports etc. Way too many places have incomplete information or worse, out-of-date or fully erroneous information about their products.
