"I get thousand dollar deliveries here every day. I do not have to sign for them or i can accept responsibility for them with the carrier. I'm not going to buy anything further from a company that does not want to be my partner and do things the way I want to.

"The information about the Envoy Pro enclosure was not clear that it only works with apple factory SSDs. I had to replace one in an old mac that had a third-party SSD. I bought the enclosure because I was hoping to get the information off of the previous SSD, and now I have no idea if it didn't work because of the old SSD or because of the enclosure being poorly designed. And does that mean that it doesn't even work with your own SSD? That's just plain crazy! The new SSD works fine, but I spent the extra money to recover the old files, and that was just a waste of money because of your poor information."
