"Very unhappy. I ordered a $2,000+ iMac to replace my failing machine. It arrived with an ancient OS, and they had failed to update the EFI file so that the 4TB could not be used for a new OS. So the Mac had to go back to get that fixed. And that took, from me sending the machine back with their label and a note that this was urgent, to finally getting it back, a full 24 days!! Without any update or explanation. That is totally unacceptable. In the past, I had good experiences with MacSales, but this was terrible. "

I had to call back twice to find out where it was, and it still hadn’t arrived. Three days later and I still do not have the cord. "
