Great prices, great customer service

"Easy to deal with. The first time I called it took me about an hour to get someone. Apparently they were having issues with their phone system. I've made a few calls since then and I've gotten through in less than 1 minute each time."

RAM works great!

"I needed more RAM for my 2017 iMac and had a few questions. Customer service was a great help, and the RAM upgrade works great-no problems at all. I upgraded from 8 MB to 32 MB. Price was very reasonable too."

Took over a week to even process the order only after I reached out.

"One week since order was placed. Still had not shipped. Reached out to customer service. After literally an hour of customer service (who is off site) reaching out to them did they realize that it never shipped. At first were not willing to upgrade shipping to expedited but then finally did after I pressed hard. Was told to look for email. Still have never received the shipping email even though it actually did ship. Was told there was no way for someone at OWC to actually call me to discuss the issue. And when I asked for the number of for them, I was told they don't have a phone. Lol."

Product Arrived broken and inoperable

"Package arrived in good condition, no evidence of damage to the package. Immediately out of the box, something was rattling around inside the case. When connected no peripherals connect and no power is provided to the MBP. "

Hidden fees with Softraid and no power cable.

"I bought a PCIE-SSD 8TB drive. Upon receiving it, there was no power cable included, so had or order one from Amazon an wait another 2 days. Once installed, you can use the basic Soft Raid software, which is pretty much useless as it won't let you set up raid arrays, you HAVE to pay for their premium license which is 150 a year, then 79 a year after that. None of this info was disclosed before I bought this... Will not continue to build out my business with their products. "

such a hurry

"my Mac Pro 2013 has memory problems. Can't write a schedule using Excel. most finish before work. Last resort closing this memory upgrade but can't buy another computer and start all over. The process was fast and my internal drive upgrade I got 2 years or maybe 3 years ago was great."
