"Ordered my used Macbook Pro and it arrived as described and worked as expected. The only complaint I have is that the charger included was not the right charger and would not fit. I contacted customer support and they said they would take the information and I would receive further information by e-mail later. A week and a half went by and I had not heard anything and I was just about to contact them again when a package arrived containing the correct charger, luckily this was not to be my main computer so not being able to charge it for more than a week was not an issue. All in all I was happy with the experience but the communication from customer service could have been better. "

Could have been a little better communicating the progress of the build and the shipping progress but the bottom line is that it showed up configured correctly.Good packaging but I was surprised it wasn’t double boxed for a sensitive electronic item - it works so no harm no foul. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again. "
