I am a big guy with a big hand. It is NOT a secure mail box. And FYI . . . it has a small defect on the sheet metal on the left side. As an owner of an advertising business . . . I think this product is falsely promoted. It is not safe from people stealing mail. Personally, I think there should be no restocking fee . . . and you should pay the shipping back.
