"I bought this model ( after looking a lot of mail boxes) due to Theft of mail in my area caught on video. Yes it has locks, but I can reach my hand in the slot and take mail out. Failure ! I am a big guy with a big hand. It is NOT a secure mail box. And FYI . . . it has a small defect on the sheet metal on the left side. As an owner of an advertising business . . . I think this product is falsely promoted. It is not safe from people stealing mail. Personally, I think there should be no restocking fee . . . and you should pay the shipping back. This a not a good design. That is what I think. Does anyone there really care? I spoke to a gal on the phone . . . she did not care so much about it. "

"We needed replacement locks for some old mailboxes and it was hard for me to find them so I called and spoke with the perfect person for the job.
She asked the right questions and found that my answers led her to a lock used for discontinued mailboxes! I would have been super lucky to find that on my own, but it would have taken WAY longer.
You guys were able to get us those locks in time for me to install them so we could open our new postal pack and ship store on the first of August.
It was so nice to talk to someone that knew their business!

"I haven't received the product yet. It has been sitting at "a facility" waiting for whatever company Mailboxes.com uses to deliver the item to the delivery address of record. When we inquired, Mailboxes.com told us to contact the local shipping company. I believe this is Mailboxes job - I didn't purchase from some random freight service they chose; the item has not been delivered to the shipping address. Its been sitting somewhere else for days."

"All was well will the current order of replacement flags. Separate concern is the degraded coating on the doors and flags of our current mailboxes. In the past we could order new replacement doors instead of the total expense of a total new mailbox. The original failures were the discontinued Ivory Color, we replaced some with the white and no current issues. We are planning on having the currently degraded doors sandblasted and powdered coated, new doors would be preferred. FYI - flag coatings have failed too, that is why we ordered some new to allow restoration of degraded ones via the same process. Any suggestions?"
