"I am very pleased with the beautiful black rural mailbox. I had researched many, many mailboxes and finally found this one. It is very heavy and well made. I like the piano-hinged door, magnetic catch (just right, not too loose or too tight), metal flag, and beautiful powder-coated pebbly, shiny finish. It came with a small chip on the front of the handle. I emailed a picture to the company asking if they could send me a new handle. To my surprise they sent me a whole new mailbox! The handle screws on but I was concerned that removing it could break the powder coating around the screw holes. Maybe they thought so, too. That is real customer service. I haven't installed the box yet so we'll see how that goes. But it looks like it will last a very long time. I would definitely purchase from this company again. "
