"Overall, the quality of the second dress I have gotten there was very bad and we couldn't even take it back. We found hair and a bug sewn into the dress and it was poorly made besides that. I'm very unhappy that I have to be the one to fix this when I spent a little over 200 dollars on said dress. I will probably not buy from you again."
"Super upset with the sizing of the boot, I even ordered them a half size larger and they still did not fit. There is a very stong chemical smell from the material of the boots and the the sole of the boot already appears to be coming off. Totally not worth it."

"The gown arrived on time even with me ordering it a bit late! I didn't specify any custom measurements instead ordering a standard size. The gown was well constructed and came carefully packed in a soft but sturdy plastic mailing envelope. It also came with the corset back treatment instead of the standard zipper because I did not specify. The corset ties allowed me to fit the bust area more closely for comfort and coverage. You'll have to steam the train a bit or have the tailor do it for you but that's an easy fix. I will say that the gown that was pictured seemed to have chiffon rather than netting at the bottom but the "small print" does specify that the photo shown may be a close representation. No worries though! My event is this evening and I'm sure the gown, with me in it, will be a show stopper! Because of this experience I plan to order my daughter's prom dress from Milanoo. Thank you! Highly recommend Milanoo!!!"
