I had to wear it straight away, although the shirt dosen't stay perfectly under the skirt, but tightening the skirt with the corset styled back seams to hold it in place longer. "ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! They totally messed up my dress. It is hideous. The top that was supposed to go down to my hips ends on my rib cage just under my breasts. The dress I ordered has to have a drop waist because it has a very poofy ruffled skirt. Now I have a dress that has a super frumpy cheap looking bodice with a giant poof ball starting at my ribs. I look 9 months pregnant when I turn to the side in my dress. I paid extra to have it custom tailored and I can put the dress on over my clothes and still have several inches of room. The dress is also over 6 inches too long. The ruffles are supposed to flow downwards nicely but instead stand straight out like a ballerina. I am a very calm person but this company has made me so furious. The returns department and customer service are a bunch of idiots that try to play stupid and act like nothing is wrong. I have sent them several pictures and clearly pointed out the mistakes but they keep telling me nothing is wrong. I asked for at least a partial refund but they refuse to admit to their mistakes. Not to mention my very poofy dress came rolled into a ball then shoved into a tiny square shaped bag and then crammed into a small box. My wedding is coming up very soon and I can't buy a dress off the rack at a bridal store without having it altered due to my large breast area. After being treated horribly I tried to leave a review on their site for the dress and they sent me an email thanking me for my feedback but wont post the review on the site. This company is a disgrace and I hope they get shut down. DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM MILANOO.COM!!!!!!!!"

"So my last bathing suit (the last item I will ever purchase from this place) has finally came and its STILL to small despite the fact I ordered it in an extra large. I ordered it because the other 2 medium bathing suits they wouldn't let me return couldn't fit and this new one despite being an extra large is the same exact size.iI'm not going to even bother returning it or trying to do the pointless process of the rma because this company will do whatever it can not to send your rightfully do refund so not going to even waste the time. "I purchased a dress for my mother that she had chosen from the Milanoo website on 16 April 2013. My mother took her measurements and ensured that they fit with the sizing guide that was provided. There was no problem with the ordering process, the dress was shipped in a reasonable amount of time, however upon receiving the dress she found that the fit was not right, despite her following the sizing guide provided. The torso was way too small and the quality of the dress was poor, as the zipper was so stiff it could barely be moved with ease even when the dress was not being worn. As the dress was not up to standard, I requested an RMA so I could return the dress for a refund. I was advised the RMA and immediately I sent the dress to the address they had advised via registered post (which cost approx $40, however I was willing to wear that cost). The date I sent the dress back was 2 May 2013, and I was advised by Australia Post (after following it up myself) that delivery was attempted at the advised destination on 7 May 2013. I emailed Milanoo asking for an update of the status of my refund, only to be told that the item had not been received by them. I wasn't really too alarmed at this time, thinking that there could just be a lag in processing, however it is now 11 June 2013 and Milanoo are still claiming not to have received the item. I have constantly had to chase them as to the status over countless emails, only to be told over and over the same thing - which quite honestly sounds like an automated response. They keep telling me they will try and locate the item however I then hear nothing until I chase them again. I copy and pasted the address they advised for the return so there was no chance of error, and even if they address was wrong, the item would have been returned to me by now. I have consulted Australia Post and launched an investigation through them to find out some more details movements of the parcel, but in the meantime I am still out of pocket over $200 and I feel that Milanoo are doing nothing to assist with this on their end. It should not take almost 6 weeks to locate a parcel. I will be escalating this to a paypal claim in an attempt to get my money back, as I feel I am not in the wrong here having complied with all the necessary steps to get a refund and still being out of pocket.
Basically – STEER CLEAR of this website. Bad quality clothing and appalling customer services. I have learnt my lesson in not doing my homework before ordering anything from their website. I will definitely be advising everyone I can to not have anything to do with this website. A waste of time and money.
UPDATE: It is now over 2 months since I returned the dress and I have still gotten nowhere with this ridiculous company. I even got Australia Post to investigate as to the whereabouts and they confirmed via the overseas postal authority that the package was delivered as addressed on 10 May 2013. Milanoo are still failing to take any resposnibility and claim that the dress has still not been received. Appalling business. I have lodged a PayPal claim however that is proving to be just as useless as Milanoo, so I will have to see if my credit card insurance will cover what I have spent. A complete waste of time - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"

After jumping through numerous hoops including pictures, etc. I recieved a RMA number and instructions on shipping it back. After I shipped it back, I continued to follow up and ask for updates etc for 3 months. After the package was sent, I never could get another response, so they basically stole the dress with no refund"
