"Wow is all I can say! Everything I received came in great packaging, and it came a day before I expected it! Yay! The quality is fabulous....it is a WAY large bargin for what you pay! I thank Milanoo for this. I was skeptical to order at first and was scared of horrid quality but no people! It is great! I ordered 3 maxi dresses, a pair of black wedges, and a bathing suit! They all fit WONDERFULLY except the bathing suit. The top is a tiny bit too tight but oh well, it's not too bad and its not overly uncomfortable! i order a dress for my sister and SHE LOVES IT! "The quality was pretty good considering it is not a well known brand. The shoes I got were very cheap and they were a decent quality, almost the same quality as shoes from Forever 21. I loved that they were cheap and also matched my size exactly. I would prefer a belt rather than a hook to do them up. The customer service was very fast, I got replies within 2 hours. The shipping was fast, but it is pretty pricey."

"Milanoo's reviews are very mixed but mostly positive so I gave the company a chance anyways. I ordered a cosplay costume for an upcoming convention and after checking the arrival time I figured it would be safe. The costume was supposed to arrive today and it has not even been shipped.
I have looked at the reviews once more and began thinking that perhaps I ordered it when there is a lot of demand. However, the convention season (and therefore the demand for costumes) is not until the beginning of June. After looking at the reviews I have come to the conclusion that Milanoo does not know how to handle mistakes. Either the costumer is satisfied or they are completely dissatisfied due to lack of participation by Milanoo.
If there is a reason as to why the order is going to be delayed it should have been explained before the order was placed. It should not be given after the costumer complains. They also will not answer your questions. If they do (eventually) answer your questions I expect that you will not receive an answer in a long time. (Much like your order)
Overall do not buy from Milanoo if you need your order to arrive on time. I cannot account for the quality of the product since I do not have it."

"I purchased the Black Casual PU Leather Shoulder Bag For Women. The quality of the product is not as great as their other PU Leather products. The bag came with pieces of string frayed. I could tell the quality wasn't very good. I was dissapointed with this purchase. It still is a cute bag. It fits perfectly as a crossbody. It is long. I am 5'8 and on my shoulder it hangs until below my hips! "

"Milanoo has been a great resource for swimsuits, dresses, shoes, stockings, jewelry and nail appliques.
Low prices allow ordering a variety of things an easy, fun and exciting experience.
The quality is according to what you pay for. (I have had to sew broken seems coming apart and superglue rhinestones falling off shoes. Some dresses are made with thin and see-through material, so slips are necessary to wear underneath.)
Shipping is usually accurate to their estimations - depending on location of delivery.
I love their small size availability, as being a very petite Asian in a "go-large" American market makes it difficult to find anything age-appropriate to wear!
I would recommend Milanoo to anyone who is looking for a fun shopping experience! "

I found the perfect dress, and was even able to find matching shoes and purse to complete the outfit. They arrived so quickly, and I was even happier when I saw the outfit in person. They also had great customer service, I was worried they wouldn't arrive on time for the party but they were so polite and assured me there was nothing to worry about. "This store rocks :D I was a little hesitant ordering from overseas but I'm very glad I did!
My order: a lavender collared button up, a long chiffon skirt, a BEAUTIFUL green scarf, and a small 6$ green bag.
It got to me SO FAST & I'm soooo happy it got here early because I'm planning on packing everything for my upcoming vacation soon.
Needless to say, everything looks great and exceeded my expectations. I'm actually already wearing the long skirt and I just got the package an hour ago lol. One thing I would recommend is checking out their discounts/sales because it saved me a lot of $.

"Do not order from Milanoo. Ordered a swimsuit and the size was far from standard. Could not return it because of policy of no returning swimsuits and intimate apparel. I am just out $35.00. They were very smug in answering and told me I should have checked the size chart better. When we removed it from the package and held it up we thought they had made a mistake and sent a child's swimsuit.

Milanoo's reply to this review was to tell me I should try to prove the size chart is wrong. I am not interested in playing those games. The point is I was very dissatisfied with the product I received. The statement that customer satisfaction is their number one priority is absolutely not true.

"Terrible site. I had ordered a pair of boots from them and they arrived in awful condition as they did little to nothing in regards to packaging. The box was mutilated, and with nothing more than one sheet of tissue paper not even large enough to cover the product inside, the boots themselves were in terrible condition. To make matters worse, the shipping condition aside, the item itself was very badly constructed and the wrong size to top it off.

Trying to contact anyone on the site is an utter nightmare. Their account system does not work properly and don't even bother with an email; you'll just get a mailerdaemon response letting you know the server is full. Obviously they get complaints quite frequently. And even when you do manage to hunt down return information, you get the wonderful surprise of finding out that return shipping is almost the same price, if not more than the item itself (in this case over $60), so in the end doing a return for their mistake and shoddy work still leaves you out the cost of the product. I would not recommend ordering from this site at all.

UPDATE: For would be buyers from this site, I would like to update you on the situation. The instant I realized the condition of the item and that fact that it was the wrong item, I filed a PayPal dispute (even prior to writing this review). At which time, Milanoo naturally denied the refund and I escalated it to a claim. In less than 24 hours we were notified by PayPal that our refund had been approved (pending return of the item). Shortly thereafter Milanoo sent me an email of their own claiming that they had issued a full refund to my account. Not that they were in the process of doing so, but that the money was already there and I should check my account. Mind you, because PayPal is now involved they are the ones to seize and distribute funds, not Milanoo. At this stage (since I have not yet shipped the item out and intended to do so today on 5/16/2013 which means funds are still in limbo and the claim is not officially complete) I have every reason to believe this is a shifty tactic by them to make me believe they had returned my money in hopes of the claim being cancelled. I imagine since they probably get complaints quite frequently, this was probably a way to avoid getting their account shut down.

ADVICE: Do not buy from this site.

In the event that for whatever reason you are daring enough to, make payment via PayPal. In the event that something goes wrong they can act as the middle man and ensure you get your rightful refund.

Keep records of eveything! Do not for one second go on their word and their word alone! Cover all bases and keep thorough records of all contact attempts, orders and so forth. Don't put yourself in a position to get taken."
