"Out of the many sites I shop from, I say Milanoo is around 2nd or even first! I was VERY satisfied with my products. I bought a skirt, some boots, and a few puppets. Needless to say, they were all exactly as shown in the picture. The quality is great, and I got my items in 1 WEEK! Packaging for my order was just wrapped in a plastic mailing bag so my items did get a little squished, but my items aren't fragile, so that's why they didn't need to be so careful packing. I reside in Canada, so that's a great shipping time! Unfortunately, shipping did cost me $26, but getting shipped here that quickly, I say it was most definitely worth the price! Personally, I do think some items on Milanoo are over priced, but since the quality is so great, and shipping is excellent too, I don't mind it all the much. In the end, I think it was totally worth all the money! Milanoo also has some great seasonal promotions and many ways of accepting payment, so I 5 star highly recommend this website! Thank you!"

"I made a large order with Milanoo, and then I read the other reviews and got worried. I basically wrote of the entire order as a stupid mistake
Yesterday I recieved the order and It was much better than i expected. The packaging was honestly the best I’ve seen for an online order, each item was individually fitted into a custom made zip bag along with a thank you card.
I ordered pair of formal shoes and one pair of casual shoes, both were of very nice quality and fit well. I also ordered 2 pairs of jeans, both were a bit small, one pair wouldnt even be wearable if I got sent to a POW camp. I also ordered a few formal shirts, the quality was OK, not great. They were also a bit on the small side. Finally I also ordered a couple cardigans and formal jackets. The cardigans were small and didnt really suit me, the quality was alright. The jackets are what suprised me the most, the were very nice quailty and fitted really well.
My advise if you are a man and do decide to buy from them I Would say order 1 size higher than you think you should and don’t buy their formal shirts. They’re just not good enough for me to give a recommendation. However their shoes jeans and jackets I’m more than happy with.

"I purchased a red faux latex catsuit in a large, knowing it would most likely arrive after halloween. I had purchased a separate one from a different site for halloween. I was going to use this one (the better one) for a cosplay in the future. First of all, I never received an email with the order number, confirmation, shipping information, nothing. Their website was down for several days before I emailed them with an inquiry. I received the package before I got any information. Upon receiving the package, I open it up, it is most definitely NOT a large at all. It is labeled as a large, but I can't even fit it over my knees. I'm about 5'5", 130 lbs. I'm not a heavy girl. I'm about a size 8 pants and a medium top. To fit in the Large, one would have to be half my size. Size 4? Not a large... Extremely upset, I tried to contact the company for a return, since I was extremely dissatisfied having paid $40 for something that was falsely advertised. After several email communications, they had told me that in order to return the item, I had to pick a different item from their catalogs. I didn't need another costume, I wanted that specific one and they were unable to offer me a correct size or a size larger. Again I tried communicating that I wanted to return the product, and I had waited a few weeks for a response and having received none, I again tried to contact the company on what I need to do to return it. Apparently my email hadn't sent, and since it had been over 7 days since our last communication, they told me I was no longer capable of returning the item. It was still under 30 days of purchase and the item has never been worn. They have since completely ignored my emails. Horrendous customer service, false advertisement, HORRIBLE return policy. 7 days? Really? NEVER again. And I'd like to spread the word so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thanks for stealing my money, a*holes."

"Horrible, horrible customer service. I ordered a jacket and paid extra to have expedited shipping because I needed it by a certain date. The order was not shipped in a reasonable amount, and when I sent a message to get a status update, no one was able to give me an answer. After weeks going by, it did not arrive in the expected time frame. Once it arrived, I had to pay extra to have it shipped to another destination. I contact customer service multiple times only to get zero response. I tried to give them a chance to resolve the problem, but could not get any sort of response. Do not order from them!!"

"Hello,
The dress arrived today and thankyou for the prompt delivery but the size is supposedly a XXL. I am a fairly standard size 16 Australian and there is no way the XXL is any where near a size 16. More like a 12.
The colour is unlike the subtle shades of the photo but a far brighter and more garish colour yellow and deeper pine green with substandard artwork on the flowers. I am returning this dress and request the RMA number. I will go on line to get the RMA and I hope the return and refund will go smoothly. At the moment I am having trouble getting the RMA number so no stars for returned product yet.
